It has remained very dry here. Farmers are really hurting. The corn crop has
shriveled up. I have never seen it so dry here. At least the temperatures have
become more seasonable. We have highs around 30 C or a little lower the last week.
As you can see, the river is very low. The water is very clear because it is all
base flow.
