We had a warm December as well. I posted that in my blog on the GLOBE website. Then, at the end of December, our weather went back to very cold. You can see that the river is freezing up. It nearly froze all the way across now. But, I think there is a warm source of water into the river that is keeping it from freezing. We had temperatures as low as -15 C pretty commonly.
