Then it's difficult to tell how the weather has been in Stavern. To get the meassurement of temp and prec I use a weather station close to Stavern. I think I have mentioned it before, and you can enter the site on the web because some of it can be translated into German: www.ilarvik.net . It's run by a man working at the fire brigade and has some webcams as well.
