Ohh, january seemed tragical in our country, many places in Latvia were without electricity becauce of terrible weather. Everything was frozen, it rainned and trees could not keep that weight so they broke down and demaged many live wires, so many people were without electricity, and ir lasted till even 2 weeks. My house was without electricity for 3 days. It was of course cold, it snowed, rained. till minus 23 degrees.
