Here is our photo from March 3. The grass is still brown. It should
be green by now. This week's rainstorms may change the scenery. If the
hills don't get greener, there is more chance of wildfire
This tree has not seen leaf buds yet, but others are in bloom. My
students are conducting a budburst survey of trees on campus to
document the trees' bloom dates.
