This picture is taken in 28 of the February, the river isn't frozen, and I think
it won't, no in this winter. You can see some small signs of spring, too. The main
temperature in the days are +2 to +4 degrees of celsius. The weather is
changeable, one day the snow is melting, and the next it's snowing and cold again,
so I can't really say when the spring will be in Latvia totally, but I think
the snow will start melting for real in the end of March.
