This picture is taken on the 28th of April 2013. I predicted that the snow will start to
melt at the end of March, but I was wrong, it started to melt only in mid April, and even now in forests we have snow.
As you can see the river is flooded,
that's nothing new in Latvia for spring. The main temperature in day is +6 to +10
degrees of celsius. I think the temperature will start to rise next week and the amount
of water will start to reduce.
