As you can see in the picture, there is
a small layer of snow, but the river hasen't frozen yet, and I believe that it won't
freeze until January. The main tempereture is -2 degrees of celsius. If you
compare November 2012 and November 2013, it's kind of diffrent, last year at this
time of the year the river was all flooded, but this year you can't see any floods.
From my opinion all December will be like this - some day rainy, some day snowing, but
not really cold enugh for river waters to freeze. In the end of December the real
winter will start, but we will see that next month!
