This month we had maximum temperatures that exceeded normals on 20 of 31 days including a record high on January 21st. Our minimum and average temperatures for the month were lower than normal. Also our precipitation was higher than normal with much of the precipitation being rain. The snow in the photo all came with in the past five days.
