Use the player: 1 x right at the beginning and 3 x later (partly overlaid by the call of a (common) chaffinch [Fringilla coelebs] (Buchfink)) you can hear the call of a short-toed treecreeper [Certhia brachydactyla] (Gartenbaumläufer). Mostly I can hear it before I can see it going up and down a tree trunk. Isn't it beautiful the vibrant bright green of the oak leaves in the days after leaf unfolding?
